Mission Opportunity: Hope for Kids Mexico

Posted by mattgritter

Here is a great opportunity for anyone with a passion for global missions. A number of West Michigan churches/colleges/individuals are partnering together on a project in Miguel Aleman, Mexico to build a new Christian school. There are many ways to get involved: work crews, teachers, translators, prayer warriors, and money are all needed! I’m planning on going down this Fall sometime and would love some company. Let me know if you are interested in getting involved or if you want more information, go to:

Blessings,
Matt

  1. What can we do to help?  While I can’t go myself, I want to make sure that Manna does everything it can to promote this kind of thing.  I’m very serious; let me know what I can do!

  2. Things are in the beginning stages yet. The property has just been located and the fundraising has begun. The best thing we can probably do is pray and make mention of it at Manna. There will be a need for tradesmen and work crews, teachers at the elementary school (which is currently meeting in the church), lots of cash, people who know Spanish, pastoral support for the two pastors of Iglesias Templo Belen--Pastors Ramon Solis Morin and David Martinez.
